These terms apply to digital product purchases and membership with Sprouthive. If you are enquiring about services such as coaching, strategy, or workshops, separate terms will be provided as part of your agreement.

By purchasing a course, digital product, or joining the Inside the Hive membership, you agree to the following.

1. About Us

Sprouthive Ltd is a UK-based business registered in England and Wales (registration number: 16606329). We offer content and social media support, digital courses, templates, coaching and training, and a membership community for small businesses, freelancers, and content creators.

2. Using Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only, and not in a way that infringes the rights of others or restricts their use of the site. We may suspend or withdraw access to the website without notice if misuse occurs.

3. How Contracts Are Formed

When you purchase a product or join a membership, you enter into a legally binding contract with Sprouthive Ltd. We reserve the right to refuse orders or bookings at our discretion.

4. The Canva Beyond the Basics Course

The Canva Beyond the Basics course is available for a one-time payment of £15. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Upon successful payment, you will be granted immediate lifetime access to the course content, including any future updates made to existing lessons.

Course access is for personal use only, is non-transferable, and does not include membership to the Inside the Hive community.

5. Inside the Hive Membership

Inside the Hive is a membership community hosted on Heartbeat, available on the following plans:

• Monthly: £19 per month
• Annual: £190 per year

Your membership grants access to community channels, resources, template drops, sessions, and other member content. Membership renews automatically on your billing date unless cancelled before renewal. Members also receive free access to the Canva Beyond the Basics course as part of their membership.

6. Other Digital Products

Digital products include downloadable resources, templates, guides, and Canva designs. Delivery is made electronically via download or access link. No physical goods are supplied. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate software or accounts required to use the product.

7. Services

Sprouthive also offers services including strategy sessions, coaching, and workshops. These are governed by separate written agreements and are not covered by these terms. Please contact us at hello@sprouthive.co.uk to find out more.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your Inside the Hive membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you will retain full access until then. No partial refunds are offered for unused time within a billing period.

9. Payments and Refunds

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and exclude VAT. Payment is required in full before access is granted. Payments are processed securely via Payhip and Stripe.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once access has been granted, except where required by law.

10. Licence and Use of Content

When you purchase a digital product or join a membership, you receive a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal or business use.

You may use products for your own organisation or create finished work for clients. You may not resell, redistribute, or share editable files; upload them to template libraries or marketplaces; claim designs as your own; or include them in competing products.

All course materials, community resources, templates, and content created by Sprouthive remain the intellectual property of Sprouthive Ltd. Members retain full ownership of any content they post within the Inside the Hive community. By posting in the community, you grant Sprouthive a non-exclusive licence to share or reference that content for community purposes where relevant.

11. Your Responsibilities

By purchasing a course or joining the Inside the Hive community, you agree to:

• Engage respectfully with other members and contributors at all times
• Not share your login credentials or access with others
• Not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any course or community content without prior written permission from Sprouthive
• Not use the community to promote external products or services without prior agreement
• Provide accurate information and use our products and services lawfully

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All course and community content is provided for educational and informational purposes. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy and quality, results may vary and Sprouthive does not guarantee specific outcomes from completing the course or participating in the membership.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprouthive Ltd will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are significant, we will notify members via email or within the community. Continued use of Sprouthive products after any changes have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
