Step 1 - Enquire and book
Fill in the enquiry form and we'll confirm your start date. We'll also process your payment.
Step 2 - Onboarding
You'll share your brand details, colours, fonts, logo, aesthetic inspiration, and content types, so the templates can be built around exactly what you need.
Step 3 - Design
Your templates are designed from scratch, built specifically around your brand and content style
Step 4 - Delivery and revisions
Your completed kit is delivered to you in Canva. You have two rounds of revisions to make sure everything is perfect.
Step 5 - Create with confidence
Your templates are yours to use, customise, and post from, straight away and for as long as you need them.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a Canva Pro account to use the templates?
A free Canva account will give you access to your templates, but some features, like the Brand Kit, work best on a Pro account. If you're on a free account, we'll make sure everything is accessible and usable.
What do I need to provide before you start?
Your brand colours with hex codes, your fonts, your logo, and any inspiration or references that give a sense of the aesthetic you're going for. The more detail you share in the brief, the more tailored your templates will be.
Can I request specific template formats or content types?
Yes, the onboarding process is where we align on what types of templates will be most useful for your content. However, this is template-only, so we do not create content for you, and instead use placeholder text that you can edit as you use the templates.
What if I need changes after the first delivery?
That's what the two rounds of revisions are for. Revisions are for refining and adjusting the templates you've received to ensure that you get exactly what you want for your brand.
When do I pay, and what if I change my mind?
Payment is made upfront when you book, and work begins immediately, including onboarding and brand discovery. Because the Glow Up Kit is a bespoke service created specifically for your brand, refunds aren't offered once design work has started, except where required by law (for example, if the service isn't delivered as described).
